Return Window
We gladly accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items should be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In their original condition
With original tags and packaging, when possible
Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
We understand that trying something on is part of finding the right fit. Please simply take care when trying on your items so they remain in returnable condition.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? No worries.
We are happy to help you exchange your item for another available option. Once your return request is approved, you may choose to exchange your item instead of receiving a refund.
Because stock can change quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you would like an exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with the following information:
Your order number
The email address used for the order
The item you would like to return or exchange
The reason for your request
Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide the next steps.
Return Shipping
For regular returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
If your item was damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us first before sending anything back. We will do our best to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully check our products before shipping, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly. If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Items without original tags or packaging
Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, or damage caused after delivery
Final sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if any, are usually non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help before your order is processed or shipped. Once an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or make changes, but you can still request a return or exchange after receiving it.
